  • Rheingau Koshu (White Wine)
    7,980

In 2003, we transplanted 500 seedlings of Koshu, an indigenous Japanese grape variety, to Rheingau, Germany.
The new EU law of 2005 prohibits the importation of "grape varieties" from outside the EU, and at present it is not possible to bring them from Japan to EU countries. Rheingau Koshu is the only official cultivar of Koshu in the world outside of Japan.

On the palate, the aroma of citrus fruits is present at first, followed by a variety of fruit notes. The clean and pure aroma of the spectrum spreads well in the glass. This wine is rich in extract and firmness, yet light and pleasant on the palate. It has the potential to make you wonder if this is really a Koshu.

  • Alchymiste Rosé
    3,980

A rosé wine produced biodynamically in Kefalonia, Greece.
The wine is a dark ruby color that at first glance could be mistaken for a red wine.
The taste is firm, with a strong berry and strawberry sensation, but also has a beautiful acidity and a well-balanced finish.

  • Louis Roederer Brut Premier
    15,000

Louis Roederer is a long-established house that stands at the top of the Champagne world. This is a standard cuvée that expresses delicacy and roundness in a perfect balance.
It has a pale golden glow and persistent, delicate bubbles. The nose is rich and delicate with hawthorn, toast, and almond. The attack is clean but very rich with complexity and fullness. The blend of reserve wines provides a perfect balance of rich fruit and structure, subtlety and roundness.

  • Annabella
    6,800

    Limited production.
This is a very drinkable red wine made from the vineyard next to Opus One, which has an overwhelming presence as a top quality California wine. On the palate, lush raspberry, spice, tobacco and black cherry aromas gradually unfold, with smooth French oak tannins. This wine can be enjoyed with a variety of meat dishes.
